Restrictions
This site is owned and operated by UCLAIM, Inc. ("UCLAIM")
and contains material which is derived in whole or
in part from material supplied by UCLAIM and other
sources, and is protected by international copyright
and trademark laws.
Except for making one hard copy print of limited portions
of the UCLAIM Information on an ad hoc basis for private
use, or downloading as may be expressly authorized
by UCLAIM, the UCLAIM Information (including products
and reports purchased) may not be reproduced, licensed,
copied, displayed, published, sold, modified, transmitted
or distributed without UCLAIM's express permission.
You may download material from this site for your
use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and
other proprietary notices.
For example, no company, organization or individual
may copy the products purchased from UCLAIM and distribute
additional copies to any one person or group of persons
or entities, including employees or members of an
organization or any group of people or entities. In
addition, an individual copy may not be resold. However

An individual or entity without an insurance claim
(for example attorneys, insurers, adjusters, contractors,
restorators and body shops, etc) may purchase UCLAIM

However the same restrictions on distribution listed

and products may be available from UCLAIM at discounted

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited
to, negligence, shall UCLAIM, its subsidiary and parent
companies or affiliates be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
that result from the use of, or the inability to use,
UCLAIM materials. You specifically acknowledge and
agree that UCLAIM is not liable for any defamatory,
offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are
dissatisfied with any UCLAIM material, or with any
of UCLAIM's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive
remedy is to discontinue using UCLAIM's web site.
License to UCLAIM
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data,
or engaging in any other form of communication through
this service, you are granting UCLAIM a royalty-free,
perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide
license to: Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit,
publicly perform or display any such communication.
Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right
to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with
respect to the communication. The foregoing grants
shall include the right to exploit any proprietary
rights in such communication, including but not limited
to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark
or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by UCLAIM,
at any time without notice. In the event of termination,
you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin
boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect
to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the
disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth
in this agreement, shall survive.
Privacy
Because your privacy is important to us, UCLAIM operates
by these principles: The UCLAIM web site ("Site")
is maintained by Digital Attic, Fresno, CA. We explicitly
ask when we need information that personally identifies
you ("Personal Information"). For example, UCLAIM
asks you for your name, e-mail address, your claim
number, date of loss and insurer who your claim is
against to qualify you to post
comments and ratings. However, your personal claim
identification information (claim/policy number, date
of loss and insurer) will remain confidential at UCLAIM
unless you also post that information in the comments
and ratings text sections for public viewing. We also
may request that you provide Personal Information
to order our products and services. We use your Personal
Information to operate UCLAIM, and we may occasionally
inform you of new features, services, and products
from UCLAIM. We may place a text file called a "cookie"
in the browser files of your computer. The cookie
itself does not contain Personal Information although
it will enable the Site to relate your use of the
Site to information that you have specifically and
knowingly provided to the Site.
If at any time you believe a Site has not adhered
to these principles, please notify us by email and
we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to
promptly determine and correct the problem.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California

unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then
that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions.
Using the UCLAIM Logo
UCLAIM does not permit the use of its name in advertising,
as an endorsement for any product or service, or for
any other commercial purpose. Reproduction of any
information contained herein may be made without limitation
as to number provided that it is not distributed for
the purpose of private gain and is appropriately credited
to UCLAIM or its respective publications. Graphics,
logos and content created by UCLAIM are the property
of UCLAIM and may not be used without permission.
- Except as UCLAIM may authorize elsewhere,
non-UCLAIM web sites may use only the logo provided
("Logo"). By downloading the Logo, you agree to
be bound by these Policies.
- You may only use the Logo on your web site, and
not in any other manner. It must always be an active
link to UCLAIM 's Homepage at https://uclaim.com/.

- The Logo includes the phrase "To UCLAIM ", describing
the significance of the Logo on your site (i.e.,
the Logo is a link to UCLAIM, not an endorsement
of your site). You may not remove or alter this
or any other element of the Logo.

accurate references to UCLAIM or its products or
services, and must be displayed adjacent to the

modify permission to use the Logo at any time. UCLAIM
reserves the right to take action against any use
that does not conform to these Policies, infringes
any UCLAIM intellectual property or other right,
or violates other applicable law.
- UCLAIM DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
